Although small cyclic- and open-chain unsaturated hydrocarbon anions such as cyclopentadienide and open-chain pentadienide are used as the strongly electron-donating auxiliary ligands for metal complexes, more extended π-conjugated unsaturated hydrocarbon anions have rarely been used in coordination chemistry, despite their potential ability to serve as the multiply bridging π-ligands for metal clusters. This work reports isolation of metal chain clusters bearing the multi-dentate, open-chain extended unsaturated hydrocarbon anion ligands. The extended open-chain π-conjugated polyenyl ligands could effectively stabilize oxidized palladium chains, including an unprecedented [Pd4]4+ chain.  相似文献

The hexapyrrole-α,ω-dicarbaldehydes 1 a and 1 b were metallated with CuII, NiII, and PdII to give bimetallic complexes where a pair of 3 N+O four-coordinate metal planes are helically distorted and the central 2,2′-bipyrrole subunit adopts a cis or trans conformation. X-ray crystallographic analysis of the bisCu complex revealed a closed form with a cis-2,2′-bipyrrole subunit and an open form with a trans-2,2′-bipyrrole subunit. The bisPd complexes took a closed form both in the solid state and in solution. They are regarded as single helicates of two turns and the energy barrier for the interchange between an M helix and a P helix was remarkably influenced by the bulky 3,3′-substituent of the central 2,2′-bipyrrole subunit. Although the bisNi complexes adopt a closed form in the solid state, they exist as a homohelical open C2-symmetric form or a heterohelical open Ci-symmetric form in solution. A theoretical study suggested that the closed form of 1 a Pd was stabilized by the Pd–Pd interaction. Compound 1 a Pd was reversibly oxidized by one electron at 0.14 V versus ferrocene/ferrocenium (Fc/Fc+) and this oxidized species showed Vis/NIR absorption bands at λ=767 and 1408 nm.  相似文献

Principal eigenvectors of adjacency matrices are often adopted as measures of centrality for a graph or digraph. However, previous principal-eigenvector-like measures for a digraph usually consider only the strongly connected component whose adjacency submatrix has the largest eigenvalue. In this paper, for each and every strongly connected component in a digraph, we add weights to diagonal elements of its member nodes in the adjacency matrix such that the modified matrix will have the new unique largest eigenvalue and corresponding principal eigenvectors. Consequently, we use the new principal eigenvectors of the modified matrices, based on different strongly connected components, not only to compose centrality measures but also to identify bowtie structures for a digraph.  相似文献

Silver-mediated α-dC–Ag+–β-dC hybrid base pairs decorated with 5-iodo- or 5-octadiynyl residues are well accommodated in duplex DNA. A strong Tm increase and favorable thermodynamic data for duplex DNA were observed after addition of silver ions. The phenomenon is particularly obvious when both nucleobases of the base pairs are functionalized. Neither the position of the base pair, nor the type of 5-substituent had a negative influence. On the contrary, functionalization of conventional silver-mediated β-dC–Ag+–β-dC homo base pairs showed a negative impact induced by the bulky substituents. To this end, cytosine modified 12-mer oligodeoxynucleotides were prepared by solid-phase synthesis employing new α-anomeric 2′-deoxycytidine phosphoramidites. A multigram scale synthesis was developed for 5-iodo-α-d -2′-deoxycytidine ( 1 ) employing the direct glycosylation of cytosine with Hoffer's α-d -halogenose followed by separation of anomeric DMT nucleosides. Regarding base-pair stability and functionalization silver-mediated α/β-dC hybrid base pairs were found to be superior to β/β-dC homo pairs. According to their extraordinary properties, they might find applications in DNA diagnostics, material science, or nanotechnology.  相似文献

Using first-principle calculations, mechanical properties, electronic structure, and Raman spectra of LiB6Si structure were investigated. The band structures calculated by GGA-PBE and HSE06 methods reveal that LiB6Si is an indirect band gap semiconductor. The band gap estimated by HSE06 method is about 2.24 eV, which is in good agreement with that of experimental value 2.27 eV. The calculated tensile stress-strain curves of LiB6Si reveal that [010] direction is the cleavage direction under tensile strains. The calculated Raman spectra of LiB6Si are also in good agreement with that of measured. The position of the band gap may provide a basis for further photocatalysis research on LiB6Si.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The tautomeric optical sensors based on 4-(phenyldiazenyl)naphthalen-1-ol exist in their pure enol tautomeric form as free ligands, while the addition of metal ion fully shifts the equilibrium towards the keto tautomer allowing a red shift in the measured absorbance. This effect is achieved when a side ionophore group is connected to a tautomeric backbone by a spacer in a way that stabilizes the enol form via hydrogen boding. When the ionophore captures the metal ion the keto form is stabilized due to C─O tautomeric group participation in the complex. In the current study, we model theoretically the effect of symmetric tweezer like ionophores (RCOXCOR, where X, being CH or N, is the linker to the tautomeric backbone) on the tautomeric state and complexation ability of 4-(phenyldiazenyl)naphthalen-1-ol containing ligands. It was found that enol form stabilisation is achieved when R?=?NMe2, independing on the linker. Both ligands are unsuitable for capturing alkali metal ions. The calculations predict that the complexation with alkali earth metal ions could lead to a full shift of the tautomeric equilibrium towards keto tautomer.  相似文献

The traditional antimalarial herb Artemisia annua L., from which artemisinin is isolated, is widely used in endemic regions. It has been suggested that artemisinin activity can be enhanced by flavonoids in A. annua; however, how fast and how long the flavonoids are present in the body remains unknown. In the present study, a rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of three major flavonoids components, i.e. chrysosplenol D, chrysoplenetin, and artemetin and their glucuronidated metabolites in rats after oral administrations of A. annua extracts at a therapeutic ultra‐low dose. The concentration of the intact form was determined directly, and the concentration of the glucuronidated form was assayed in the form of flavonoids aglycones, after treatment with β‐glucuronidase/sulfatase. The method was linear in the range of 0.5–300.0 ng/mL for chrysoplenetin and artemetin, and 2–600 ng/mL for chrysosplenol D. All the validation data conformed to the acceptance requirements. The study revealed a significantly higher exposure of the flavonoid constituents in conjugated forms in rats, with only trace intact from. Multiple oral doses of A. annua extracts led to a decreased plasma concentration levels for three flavonoids.  相似文献
